Golden Tea Cafe: Premium Boba & Fresh Fruit Drinks in Peabody, MA

The atmosphere and service is top tier, modern and the staff is patient and friendly. Menu ranges from milk tea, fresh fruit smoothie, slush, fruit tea waffle corn dog and ice cream. Any added and additional topping is .90cents. Majority of the drinks are under $7 without any pearls. Each drink is made to order and fresh.

My favorite spot to get drinks on the Northshore! I've tried a ton of their drinks (viet coffee, peach lychee green tea, avocado smoothie, durian milk tea), and I've always been impressed by the quality and taste. They use real fruit in everything, and have great variety. Not to mention, the employees are all super friendly and help with requests like adding extra fruit or making the coffee stronger <3

I came here with my good sis, and I can’t praise them enough. The woman working was a charismatic queen and made our drinks perfectly. I got the Butterfly Passion and she got the Coconut Coffee. We recommend both of these 100%!!! We will be trying more drinks in the near future. Definitely check this place out!!!

My favorite spot for boba tea, and there are a lot in the area. So far I've tried their taro milk tea, ube brown sugar, and kumquat lemon slush and all three have been the best version of these types of items I've ever had. The taro milk tea had great taro flavor without the cloying sweetness of many other shops. Ube brown sugar was a gorgeous layered drink with excellent flavors. Kumquat lemon slush was everything I've ever wanted out of a frozen lemonade and more. You can tell they use quality ingredients and they cook the boba perfectly.

Get the Ube Brown Sugar milk tea with the foam cap!!! Absolutely delicious . Purple is also my favorite color so that helps too. Nice smooth texture with an almost melted vanilla soft serve flavor. I get it with 75% sugar and light ice. I also experienced an excellent customer service interaction with great resolution on their part. Super cute decor. Very clean. Lots of flavor selections and extra snacks and goodies should you feel so inclined. This will be my regular Boba Cafe from now on. Thank you Golden Tea Cafe.

Super cute place to grab bubble tea and a snack. My sisters and I tried a variety of drinks. The milk teas were okay. We got their ube matcha and ube milk tea. Their fruit drinks were the stars though. Fresh strawberry lychee tea, coconut kumquat, and avocado durian smoothies were all fantastic. They use real fruits and fruit syrups so the flavor’s not artificial at all. The avocado durian smoothie had enough durian in it to be noticeable without being overpowering but if you’re a big fan of durian you could try asking them to add extra durian. My favorite was the fresh strawberry lychee tea. It was really refreshing and light while still having strong fruit flavors and a flowery fragrance from the tea. It went well with lychee jelly and came with fruit chunks. We wanted to try their bubble waffle but sadly they were out for the day. We did get to try their waffle dog which was pretty good for a savory snack. The waffle was like a crisp covering over the hot dog. The ladies at the counter were very nice and welcoming. I’m so glad there’s a good bubble tea shop in the area now. Looking forward to coming back to try the egg waffles and other drinks!

I stumbled upon this bubble tea place in Peabody, and I must say, I was blown away! Who would've thought that amidst the usual spots, we'd find such a unique boba tea haven? This isn't your typical bubble tea shop. The creativity and quality here are top-notch. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed!

I discovered this place back in May and have been coming every week since. I love the piña colada smoothie. Sooo good and the price is reasonable , sizes are good and not expensive like other places who provide smaller quantities. Everything is fresh so it does take a bit to get the drinks but it’s worth the wait and the owners are very nice and welcoming ! Def recommend . The only thing is I wish the online service would be better . I can’t order a piña colada smoothie without a topping but I don’t want toppings LOL and then The other website doesn’t have the piña colada option.
